MAP Intro Session
First things first! - The Video
Before you can do your MAP Intro Session, you'll need to watch the Intro to MAP Video.
In this video, you'll learn a little about how MAP works with the subconscious mind and personality parts. It's pretty interesting stuff, but don't worry if you don't understand every little detail, it's just an overview and part of the learning process.
The video's a bout 16-17 minutes long. Watch it before the intro session, otherwise we'll have to watch it during your session which will cut into your session time.
NEXT - The MAP Intro Session!
This session is your first foray in to the world of MAP. We'll build onto what you learned in the Intro Video and train the subconscious to work with the personality parts. This takes about 15 minutes.
How to Prepare
Pretty easy stuff, just think about a phobia or challenge that you'd rate about 6-8 in intensity on a scale of 0-10, if 0 is not intense at all and 10 is unbearably intense.
During the Session
Once we finish the learning process, we'll get you familiar with MAP by using it on the phobia or challenge you bring to the session.
We'll monitor the progress during the session with that same rating scale to help you see and feel any shifts that occur.
Some people like to discuss their experiences around the topics they bring to session and some don't. Either way works, but we will always be monitoring progress with ongoing ratings of the issue.
And that's it! Now you've experienced MAP and from here on out you can work exclusively with MAP Breakthrough Sessions!!

It's totally possible to remove these old stories and beliefs that may be so unconscious we don't even know they're there.
Learned beliefs and memories basically run the whole show as that's what this great big computer brain we have accesses for information on how to deal with the events of the present moment. Beliefs and memories got programmed or ingrained there as a result societal programming or difficult experiences from the past. These old stories and beliefs may make the subconscious feel that it's protecting us or keeping us safe, but the truth is often a very different story.
Science is bursting with new information on how we're able to access and CHANGE the brain's response regarding memories and beliefs in ways that were previously thought impossible.
MAP is a cutting-edge technique that allows us to retrain our subconscious to support us in the present moment rather than working through those deeply-rooted beliefs and memories from the past.
Bring a topic, emotion, feeling or idea that you'd like to neutralize the intensity of or that you'd like to bring into your life. MAP works both ways, helping us to decrease what we don't want and increase what we do.
Once you've cleared some of the blockages that cause challenges in getting where you want to be in life, you'll be amazed at how this leaves room for shifts in perspective that allow you to see just how much is possible!
I absolutely LOVE seeing the shifts in perspective my clients get during a session. It's pretty common for people to come to a session frustrated with circumstances and finish a session accessing solutions, steps and possibilities that are there for them as well as having a completely different emotional experience around their topic.
